Booking Your Appointment
In - person services and Consultations must be booked through our designated online booking system.
Your appointment is only confirmed once the booking process and any required payment have been successfully completed.
Virtual Consultations
Virtual Crown Consultations may be conducted through Microsoft Teams or another video-conferencing platform specified in your confirmation.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have:
- A suitable internet connection
- A compatible device
- Access to the meeting link
- An appropriate environment in which to participate
Products & Orders
Product Information
We aim to display product descriptions, photographs, specifications and prices accurately.
Images are provided for illustrative purposes and appearance may vary depending on lighting, screen settings and natural product variations.
If we cannot fulfil an order after payment has been taken, we will contact you and provide the appropriate refund.
